Yes, it is a private university and you can apply for admission in Chandigarh University. To get admission in college you will need to give CUSAT 2018 examination conducted by the university itself

Hello Sanjay, yes indeed. NIOS is recognised board conducting 10th examination and hence you would face no difficulty in securing admission for engineering colleges after the completion of your 12th standard examination.
