It is pretty good and in the end, it all depends on how dedicated you are. It has the highest package of over 24 LPA as well for CSE. The average package is decent as well. Most of the placements happen at Mesra, hence you get a chance to show your skills to the bigshot companies like Amazon, Flipkart, and Direct. The opportunity is provided, rest is on you.

Shipping and Marine are two different career streams. By shipping, we mean that you are getting into the logistics side but why Marine you are becoming the resource that executes work. From the engineering side, run the ships, manage the day to day shipping work, repairs engine, turbines etc. You can do a Masters in Marine Engineering as you've already done mechanical and get into marine life. Certainly, you can use your learning for financial modelling in the shipping industry. Look at any industry it requires finance, accounting and other management segments as enabling functions. Do some financial modelling with the data available online for shipping companies like Merck send the modelling to the financial head via email or through social media connectivity. Alternatively you can find a job in shipping industry. All these industries will be around quotes so you can look at Mumbai, Chennai, Visakhapatnam, Kochi, etc.

Faculty of the college is average. Teachers are average in terms of teaching also in engineering, you need to put your efforts in studying although teachers are helpful and teaches the syllabus.
Discipline is moderate. Course curriculum is based on RTU quota.

NLUs, GGSIPU, BHU and private universities like Amity, SRM and Galgotias offer integrated BA LLB/BBA LLB course. It is best to go for NLU via CLAT exam which will give you brand value and great campus placements.
You can also do BA from DU and then LLB from DU only which will take an extra year but it is good.
Future of the course is bright. You can go for job/practice yourself or become a judge.
Amity-Jaipur has girls hostel and it is good.
