Rs. 40,000 per semester
Total 40000*8= Rs. 3,20,000
This does not includes fooding and lodging fees.

Yes, you can take direct admission in Amity University Jaipur(AUR) without any MAT score and you can also apple for scholarships as you have scored 86% in 12th.
MBA finance is available in AUR as there are so experienced faculties of finance in AUR they can be your best guide till date I have personally experienced that.

Is it the first step where you fill your information or is it that step where you have to mail these details to the university? If it is the former then don't think much about the latter, you will get to that step too.
