As per the NIOS notification no. 19/2020 dated 10 July 2020. the Secondary (10th) and Sr. Secondary exam (12th) rescheduled to be commence from 17 July 2020 and further postponed. Now stand cancelled. Now the assessment will be based on the past performance in four subjects. So from above NIOS board has been cancelled the 10th exam and now the result will be based on the past average performance of subjects. The learners who are appearing the first time, their result will be calculated on the basis of Tutor marks assignment (TMA) and Practicals marks. Yes you can get the best NITs or even IITs also after obtaining good rank in JEE Main and JEE Advanced exams. The basic eligibility criteria for admission in NITs and IITs is given below. Eligibility criteria :
1. 10+2 with minimum 75% of aggregate marks (For general category) with Physics, Mathematics and anyone from Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subjects. 65% (for SC/ST).
2. National Institute of Open Schooling conducted Senior Secondary School Examination with a minimum of five subjects. Further NIOS board does not offers the B.Tech courses, NIOS board is for open schooling (Secondary, Sr. Secondary etc. ).

No you can not get MNIT Jaipur. The eligibility criteria of MNIT Jaipur is given below.
Eligibility criteria : 10+2 with minimum 75% of aggregate marks with PCM or should in top 20 percentile of respective board. 65% aggregate marks for SC/ST.

There is no specific cut off for it as they judge you on the basis of your personal interview. However, you must have a valid scorecard to be eligible for the interview process.
