Campus facilities at Bheemanna Khandre Institute of Technology is decent . The institute spans a 35-acre campus which also posses modern infrastructure comprising of modern classrooms, well-equipped laboratories and canteens inside the college. There are various digital classes with high-speed internet connectivity. Institute has well established library comprising of over 58,000 books and numerous e-journals. There are various facilities of GYM, Sports complex, Well maintained Hostels etc.

Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences charges different fees for different courses. A B.Sc. in Nursing is around INR 7.75 Lacs for four years, while a General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course is around INR 1.9 Lacs for three years. Hostel charges are between INR 97,000 and 110,000 per annum based on the type of accommodation opted for. Generally, though the charges are fairly reasonable compared to some private schools, they could be viewed as costly to some students.
