No you cannot get direct admission to Alpha College of engineering because it has an entrance exam that you need to clear the exam according to their cutoff and if you qualify according to their cutoff then you are free to take admission in that college

If you want to get admission in Alpha College of engineering for UG and PG courses, you need to pass in 10 + 2 with 50% aggregate marks or more. You must have your high school done with subjects, such as maths, physics, and chemistry. You must clear the entrance test with good marks.

The Cutoff ranks for admission to Manipal University closed at a range of 477 and 19834, for the General All India category candidates. Therefore, it is possible for the General All India category candidate to get admission into the college at 8000 rank. However, the courses available at this rank would depend on the Cutoff list released by the institute.
