At GIBS Bangalore, attending classes and taking part in discussions is quite important, but it's kept simple and practical. Regular attendance helps students stay on track with lessons and activities, and joining in class talks or group work makes learning easier and more interesting.

Being present and involved also helps students build confidence and do better overall. In short, showing up and participating really helps at GIBS.

At GIBS Bangalore, student life is active and fun throughout the year. Students get to enjoy cultural programs, small college events, celebrations, and fun activities with friends. There are also management-related events like simple competitions, workshops, talks, and club activities that help students learn practical skills in an easy way.

Along with this, sports and games—both indoor and outdoor—are part of campus life to keep students relaxed and energetic. Overall, GIBS gives students a good mix of studies, activities, and fun in a friendly and casual campus atmosphere.

GIBS will assist with getting students into job positions that match their specialisation through academic planning, industry exposure and career support, rather than a generic model of job placement. From the beginning, students work with faculty and the placement centre to explore what their interests and career goals are (for example marketing, finance, HR, analytics, operations or entrepreneurship) and develop the appropriate skill sets and opportunities related to those interests.
