• The institute reviews student's application form and Statement of Purpose.

• AI-based interview is conducted to assess student's behaviorial traits, emotional intelligence, and cognitive reasoning. A student profile is generated based on this.
• SWOC presentation by the student is done, where the student have to submit a three to five minute video or give a live three to five minute self-assessment presentation explaining their SWOC. It stands for Strenght, Weakness, Oppurtunities, and Challenges)
• A personal interview is conducted by the panel to make a final shortlist.
