For the students belonging to the general category, the rank required in the KCET exam ranged from 86752 to 245245.5, while the rank required in the COMEDK UGET exam ranged from 93576 to 107728 for admission in 2025. To be eligible for admission to the course, the candidate has to score a minimum of 50% aggregate in Class 12th in a relevant stream from any recognised institute. Although admissions are done based on scores obtained in the KCET or COMEDK UGET exam, 15% of the seats are reserved for direct admission under the management quota.

To be eligible for the course, candidates need to have a minimum of 45% in their previous qualification in a relevant stream from any recognised board. Although registrations for the exam are closed now, the applications for admission under the management quota are currently open.
