No, students cannot apply offline at PES Univeristy. Application process of PES University is conducted in online mode. Stuents must visit the official website of PES University to register for the preferred courses.

- 10th (SSLC) mark sheet and certificate
- 12th (PUC/HSC) mark sheet and certificate
- Graduation mark sheets and degree certificate (for PG admissions)
- Entrance exam scorecard (KCET / JEE Main / KMAT / GATE / NEET / PGCET)
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last institution attended
- Migration Certificate (if applicable)
