Firstly, just make your question clear because after clearing 12th board exam, just clear the JEE mains and advanced entrance exam and clear the cut-off respective IIT and you're eligible for admission in B.Tech.
After doing B.Sc in science course, you can do MSc in IIT by clearing the entrance exam
