Although you may get a seat electrical engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, mechanical engineering in last round or spot round admission. But, you will easily get a seat in the branches like information technology, electronics and communications engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering etc. In other colleges like techno india, haldia institute of technology, heritage, ASANSOL engineering college, meghnad saha institute of technology etc. Best of luck.

Yes, you can easily get admission in electronics and communication engineering branch at IEM. Your JEE Mains score is very good. You just need pass in all the subjects of class 12th board. If your rank in JEE Mains is 27000, then you should try for NITs as well. You will easily get a seat in good NITs.

You can do any Masters course after this like MA or any other Masters degree from any university.
