Heritage is better in terms of infrastructure and college life. In terms of placements, both are okay. Both are private colleges and I think heritage is a good option for CSE.

Anyone who has scored a minimum of 50% marks in his/her graduation is eligible to pursue MBA from any reputed institute across India.

Yes, the admissions are based on GMAT score, hence if you score good and get a rank in top 100-300 then you will easily get a top college. Also, anywhere above 1k is also a good rank.
