You can get the admission in Techno India University as the eligibility criteria says that the student needs to have passed 12th class with an aggregate of minimum 60% marks.

Scottish Church College is recognised by UGC. And for syllabus of BBA exam, I could not find any official document. You should try contacting the college for the information on syllabus through mail. I assume it is similar in syllabus to other Management entrance exams and they also conduct GD and PI for entrance qualifiers.
