I'm passed out 10+2 in 2015 then I'm at B.A. But it's still going on. Can I take vocal music B.A. Admission?

Two degrees can done at a time - one through College as regular and another through Distance education. This is approved by UGC. But, two-degree courses simultaneously from same university or different universities is not approved by UGC.
