Hi Arindam, Calcutta Institute of Engineering And Management (CIEM) is not a government college. It is a private college located in Tollygunge, affiliated to MAKAUT. And as far as ranking is concerned, it does not come in the top 200 engineering colleges in India, so there is no formal rank for it in NIRF Ranking 2019. I can give you the list of top engineering colleges in West Bengal:
