Hello Raju,
It is legally not allowed to pursue two courses simultaneously. The logic being: a student cannot attend two different courses at the same time and also is not expected to be able to study for two courses simultaneously. Hence I am afraid, you cannot proceed to do what you are proposing.

The eligibility is that the candidate must have completed 10th from a recognized board and for admission, the interested candidate can apply directly to the college.

Yes, you can apply for MA in journalism in any Indian university because for taking admission in Masters in journalism and mass communication. The minimum eligibility criteria is Bachelors degree in any stream. After that a few institutes conduct a common entrance exam for the admission in same course. So you have to search in which university you are applying.
