For admission in this course, you need to have a graduate degree from a recognized University. So, you are eligible to apply for this course.

Yes, in Heritage for branches like CSE,IT,ECE you need to get rank within 3000 to 4000.

Heritage Institute of Technology takes admission in 2nd year through JELET rank. For CSE you need to get rank within 4000 to 4500.You can wait for the counseling to get over.
