Dear shwetha singh. the minimum fee per annum that is available with government colleges somethng around 35000 at kolkata. anyway check whether you will get any support financally from government. further, don't expect much with less fee organisations. join in a better college that will help you out

It will be difficult for you to go for IIM-C as you need to have better scores in the past academic records and if you don't have that you need to get minimum of 99percentile in CAT to stand a chance as the competition for IIMs is a lot. All the best
