You can get admission in KMC through NEET scores. NEET UG 2024 will be held on May 5 ,2024 for admission to MBBS at KMC and NEET PG will be held on March 3, for admission to MD/MS.

The application forms for Kasturba Medical College are released at different times for different courses. For MBBS, MD, MS, M.Ch, DM, M.Phil, PG Diploma, and Ph.D. courses, admission is based on the merit in the NEET UG/PG/SS entrance exams.

Kasturba Medical College is a well-known medical college in India that offers a wide variety of medical courses. Both KMC Manipal and KMC Mangalore offer MBBS courses in Medicine & Surgery, apart from a few UG Elective courses. KMC Manipal conducts postgraduate medical courses in 55 disciplines, while KMC Mangalore offers a Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine - a diabetes care training program.

KMC is a good college. They are among the top 5 medical colleges in India. Faculties, Placements, campus life are all very great there. The fee is not that high and overall it's a nice choice for MSC. The M.Sc program is offered in streams such as Anatomy, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Physiology, Pharmacology, and Forensic Science. The curriculum includes seminars, medical education workshops, collaboration with clinical disciplines, and case-based learning.  Kasturba Medical College (KMC) Manipal charges INR 70,88,500 for the MBBS course for the general category students.

 For the foreign/NRI quota students, the fee is US $ 1,97,000. K.S. Hegde Medical Academy (KSHEMA) does not offer MBBS course, but it offers MD and MS courses.

The fee for MD and MS courses at KSHEMA ranges from INR 6,00,000 to INR 30,00,000 per year. KMC Manipal also offers MD and MS courses, and the fee for these courses ranges from INR 14,65,000 to INR 1,01,74,000 for the general category students.

The selection process for B.Sc courses at Kasturba Medical College (KMC) is based on merit and eligibility criteria.

 The candidates must have passed Karnataka 2nd PUC or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects.

The minimum score required for admission is 50% marks in aggregate in PCB (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates). 

The candidates must also qualify the Manipal Entrance Test (MET) conducted by Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE). The admission is subject to the availability of seats and the reservation policy of the college.

Kasturba Medical College (KMC) accepts the following entrance exam scores for admission:

  • MBBS: The admission is based on the score obtained in the NEET UG. The candidates must have scored 50% marks in 10+2 Indian boards with physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology and English from a recognised Board.

Amity University, Kolkata offers a BBA programme over a course of three years. The admission to the course is based on merit/CUET-UG scores. The total fees for the course is INR 7.3 Lakhs to INR 9.8 lakhs. A considerable number of BBA graduates were able to get placed.
