Namaskar. Although, you haven't mentioned your category, I would answer your query. In 2019, the cutoff for state quota was AIR 241283 and in 2020, it was 289640.

Yes, you can get admission in any university in morning batch since you get a lot of marks in your best 4 subject

Sister Nivedita University has a better integrated law programme and ranks highly in Kolkata. However, I would suggest trying for NLU, Kolkata as it has better NIRF rankings in 2022.
