English (Honours) without CUET — but it depends on the university or college.
Central Universities (e.g., Delhi University, BHU.
- You cannot get admission without CUET in these institutions.
2. State Universities and Private Colleges:
Many state universities (like Kolkata University, Osmania University, etc.) and private colleges do not require CUET.
They admit students based on 12th marks or their own entrance exams/interviews.
3. Open/Distance Universities:Universities like IGNOU, U.P. Rajarshi Tandon Open University, NSOU, Madurai Kamaraj University, etc. offer BA English (Honours/General) in distance mode without CUET.

For Kurukshetra University BCA admission, candidates should have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognised board and English as a compulsory subject. Apart from the minimum eligibility criteria, KUK also considers candidates' marks secured in their Class 12 examination. In order to secure a seat for the KUK BCA course, Maths is not compulsory.

Yes, Kurukshetra University offers a three-year full-time BCA course at the undergraduate level. KUK is expected to open the registration window in the first week of August. Candidates seeking admission need to register on the university's official website. KUK offers admission to the BCA course based on candidates' performance in their last qualifying examination.
