The BCom syllabus for Kurukshetra University starts with 8 different subjects in its 1st and 2nd semester. After the first year, the rest of the semesters include only 6 subjects for students to clear. The first 2 semesters focus heavily on basic subjects like soft skills and communication skills which is why they have more subjects than the later semesters.

According to this report, around 944 students who participated in the 2 year PG courses at KUK received placements.
