Yes, Latvia is a safe country for international students. The country has the facility of asking for help from the police very easily. Also, the Latvian government also provides a very safe environment like they consider the pollution problems seriously. The minimum wages made by students per hour is EUR 700. When it comes to work limit, UG students can work a max of 20 hours per week during the semester and 40 hours per week during breaks.
