In lucknow try for IET and then LU.

It is highly unlikely to get admission in BDS at KGMU with  a rank of 363615 in NEET, as according to the previous years cut offs, the lowest cut off for general category was around 25000,  OBC category was for 40000, for SC it was 180000 and for ST it was 320000.

If you are looking for B.Tech IET, AKTU is considered better than MAIT. IET, AKTU has better placement record and as well has better reputation. MAIT might be preferable if your priorities are campus and environment. 

MAIT is often cited as having a larger and more vibrant campus compared to IET. While IET is government college.

The admission success into IET's Civil or Electrical branch following your 84 percentile in JEE Mains depends on multiple components such as minimum rank criteria along with the admission procedure. The specific information about cutoffs at IET remains elusive although admissions at IITs use category ranks where institute and branch determine their individual cutoff levels. The length of the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program at Lucknow Public College of Professional Studies (LPCPS) is three years.  The overall cost of the study is around INR 2.62 lakh, with an annual fee of around INR 87,500.
At least 50% in 10+2 from a known board and passing the LUACMAT entry exam are the requirements.

yes, Both Christian Medical College (CMC) Vellore and King George's Medical University (KGMU) Lucknow  offers MHA course and both are very good colleges for the mentioned course. Here are the details:

1)CMC: Course is for 2 years with minimum 50% required in your Bachelors degree. You have to submit your apllication through CMC admission portal. You have to give the entrance exam conducted by CMC each year to pursue MHA.
