Not very tough. The LUMET exam is scored on a scale of 100. The minimum qualifying score for admission to the MBA programme is 50.

Lucknow University Management Entrance Test (LUMET) is a pen and paper based entrance examination. The test duration is 90 minutes. Candidates have to solve 100 MCQs within the given time period. LUMET questions are based on Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Comprehension and General Awareness. Each question carries 2 marks. In order to submit application successfully, candidates must pay the application fee within the due date. The application fee for male candidates of the unreserved/EWS/OBC category is INR 650 and for female candidates, it is INR 325. This fee is as per the past years' data and hence, the actual amount may vary now. Aspirants may pay the fee through credit card/debit card/net banking.

Lucknow University conducts counselling for BTech admission in an offline mode. It is conducted at or on the campus of Janakipuram, University of Lucknow. As per the latest notification, the university will be conducting counselling from Sep 13 to Sep 17 through which seat allotment will be carried out as per the Choices/Preferences submitted by the candidate.

Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria and having a valid JEE Main score can apply through Lucknow University's official website for BTech. This application has to be completed separately. Candidates can read about the JEE Main Application Process to know the steps to apply. Further, the step-by-step process for the LU BTech application process are:

Lucknow University admission 2023 is open for BTech. The last date to register is Sep 7. Moreover, a cutoff list corresponding to the available seats will be released on Sep 12 for the BTech programmes. Moreover, admission to the course is based on merit in JEE Main. Aspirants must meet the merit based eligibility criteria to secure admission to BTech programme at University of Lucknow. Apart from that, aspirants must qualify the necessary entrance exam to secure the final admission. Asiprants must have passed Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 55% to be eligible for admission. In addition, student should have passed the qualifying examination from a recognised board. Candidate must also hold the Class 12 mark sheet during application form filling and at the time of admission for verification purposes.
