Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences (RMLIMS) is a strong second option in the city. Other names that come up frequently include IIMSR and Era's Lucknow Medical College. These colleges offer solid academics, though competition and reputation vary compared to KGMU. It's smart to compare NEET cutoffs and infrastructure before finalising your choice.
