Yes, Amity University Lucknow campus is safe for girls and boys. The university campus is located in center of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. It has a good connection with roads and public transports. CCTV cameras are installed in the campus to keep a check on students safety.

The University of Lucknow accepts the UPTAC cutoff rank for admission to the BTech programmes. The UPTAC Cutoff 2025 has been released for all rounds and categories. The B.Tech. in Civil Engineering had the last round cutoff of 457543 for the students belonging to the General category under the All India quota. The Lucknow University accepts admission to the BTech coures based on the JEE Main cutoff ranks. For admission to the BTech programme, students have to attain valid ranks in the JEE Main examination and then appear for the counselling process to attain admission. The JEE Main Cutoff 2024 for admission to BTech courses at Lucknow University ranged from 115384 to 326317 for the students belonging to the General category under the Home State quota.

All India AYUSH Postgraduate Entrance Test, commonly known as AIAPGET, is conducted for admissions to the postgraduate courses in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy. The Lucknow University BUMS Cutoff 2025 has been released based on AYUSH Cutoff 2025. For the General category candidates who belong to the All India quota, the BUMS Cutoff 2025 was 61429, and for the OBC AI category, 65957 was the qualifying cutoff. The Lucknow University accepts the AYUSH counselling cutoff for admission to the BUMS - Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery programme in various affiliated colleges.

According to the Lucknow University LUMET Cutoff 2024, the MBA in Finance and Accounting course had a qualifying cutoff score of 330 for the Gender-Neutral category under the All India quota. For admission to the MBA course, students with a cutoff score of 196 or higher could avail admission to this course.

Hi.
- LIT accepts JEE Main (or equivalent) plus state‑level counselling for regular admissions.
- But LIT also allows direct admission / management‑quota / merit‑quota seats — especially when seats remain vacant after regular counselling.
- For direct admission under this quota, often the basic requirement is having passed 10+2 (or equivalent) with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Math) as applicable, rather than a high JEE Main rank.

For the BTech course, the LUEE exam is a must at Lucknow University. This is the university's own entrance exam for enrolling students in different courses. The admission exam is held annually. Moreover, Lucknow University is one of the recognised government universities, which doesn't guarantee admission to the students without having valid scores in the accepted entrance exam.
