Admissions for the Bachelor of Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry (BVSc & AH) programme are held on the basis of the National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET). Admissions for various other programs are held on the basis of merit obtained in Higher Secondary.

Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University provides a range of courses that are designed to equip students for a bright veterinary career. The flagship course at the university is the BVSc & AH program, for which admissions are conducted on the basis of the NEET examination.
