Yes, you'll have to give the aptitude test since it is mandatory to be eligible for the admission process of IIM Indore.

SGSITS is a good college so instead of preparing for JEE you can either opt for CAT so that new opportunities will be available for you.

No, it does not offer MBA in IT. There are many top colleges which provide MBA in IT branch. You can go for them if you want.

I don't think that IMS give admission in mid of the programme, but you can still contact on college for more information regarding this.
