For electrical branch, the cutoff for home state was around 30 thousand and that for other states was 26 thousand for all India for General students. If you are around it, you have higher chances of getting in it. Going marks-wise, around 170 marks will easily get you EEE branch.

The admissions are done on the basis of JEE Mains marks through JoSAA counselling. The first round of which has started on 15th June and will be there till 25th June. So, admissions are started for GSITS and you are required to fill your choice through JoSAA's official portal.

Yes, if you have home state quota, you can even go till the CSE and ECE. Else, you are definitely up to ECE, EEE and rest all branches below. Last year's cutoff for CSE was 21 - 22 thousand for other state and around 24 - 25 thousand for home state CSE.
