Yes, one may get admission in Acropolis at this score, but availability of branch depends upon several criteria.

My CLAT 2019 score is 137.75 and rank is 1694 with MP domicile women & category open. Is NLIU Bhopal or any other nlu possible

Oriental university is okay, not good. Rating is also 3.1 out of 5. It means college is average. Placement is not at all. College is established in 2011, so I am not expecting much. I don't have any idea about agriculture branch but I think it will be okay only not good.

Yes, you can get admission in BE (lateral entry) from Jabalpur Engineering College.
The minimum eligibility criteria to apply is that candidate must have passed Diploma in engineering from a recognized board.
