The study material you use till 12th is sufficient for clearing IPMAT as well as the entrance test of DU. You can try other books from different authors if you want additional information, however, I won't recommend that.

For the first year students, the hostel is newly constructed and hence, the hostel is good. But from the second year onwards, the hostel is old and you can imagine that how the old hostels are.

Hi Shubham,
Directly coming to the answer, yes, you have a pretty decent chances of converting with 60 percentile given your category and disability status. You need to appear for CAT and also need to fulfill minimum 45% marks in graduation criteria though.

No, since the minimum eligibility criteria is 60% for class 10th, you aren't eligible to apply for the IPM course.

For admission in MSW, you need to have graduation in the discipline of Social Sciences/ Commerce/ Science with 50% marks. Relaxation to SC/ST/OBC as per rules. You can directly apply to the college. The university will conduct Entrance Examination.
