In most cases, no you can not directly take admission in third year of B.Com when you fail in the 1 st year and then you take a free year. Academic progression rules in University are normally severe. It is most likely that you would be required to re-enrol during the first year or the second year at worst, in the event that you pass your failed subjects upon the discretion of the university regarding the re-admission policy. Yes, there is a placement cell available at Institute of Technology Management, Aligarh (ITM Aligarh). They work actively for the placement of the students. They prepare students for project, mocks GDs and interviews and make sure that maximum student can get on campus placement.

No, it is unlikely to get top branches of VNIT  like computer Science or electrical branches you may get metallurgy branch maybe from the score of 95.90 in JEE Mains for general unreserved or EWS female student. It doesn't depend on your home state.

Admission to LTM Medical College according to B.P.Th. (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) is majorly done by counselling carried out by Directorship of medical education and research Maharashtra. This counselling is held on basis of rankings because of NEET-UG examination. Though the college does not release specific cut offs of 2024-2025, this is decided in the counselling rounds. Usually, cutoffs of government colleges such as LTM are highly competitive and are based on the ratio of applicants, their NEET ranks, and reservation group.
