The total number of seats at WWI is 80 for MBA courses. However, the MBA courses have limited seat capacity. Therefore, applicants are advised to apply as early as possible to complete the application. Seats are allocated based on candidates' academic records and their performance in the selection round. To secure a seat in the MBA programme, students must meet the eligibility criteria that are specific to the course. Whistling Woods International will provide seats for the MBA programme based on candidates' performance in the selection round. Students must appear for the accepted test. Hence, the seats are allocated based on the entrance test, followed by the SOP and PI rounds. Once selected, the students must confirm their seat in the MBA programme by paying the applicable fees.

IIT Bombay B.Tech admission is based on JEE Advanced Cutoff ranks. The IIT Bombay JEE Advanced Cutoff 2025 has been out for Round 1 seat allotment results, for admission to various B.Tech courses. The toughest course to get into the college for the General AI category candidates was Computer Science and Engineering, with the closing Cutoff rank of 66. The easiest course for the General AI category was Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science, with the closing cutoff rank of 4119.
