NCL is issued for the individual of OBC categories whose annual income falls below 8 Lacs and whose parents do not hold certain high ranking government position. So there are no specific types of NCL certificates. Any OBC meeting the above criteria can be eligible for NCL certificate.

Council of Education and Development Programmes application process can be completed either online or offline depending on students preference. For an offline application students can visit college's campus. Students can visit official website of Council of Education and Development Programmes and register. Once registered login using registered credentials and fill out application form. Submit duly filled-in form along with specified application fees to complete process.
