Yes, MBA is available at Abhilashi University. The programme is offered at full-time mode lasting for two years. The private university at in Mandi offers PG-level course for both fresh graduates.  Additionally, candidates just need to secure a minimum percentage of 50% for the general category (45% marks for SC/ST category) in the Bachelor's Degree examination conducted by the recognized University or a valid score in National/State level entrance examinations AUCET, HPCET, CAT, CMAT, MAT, etc.

Yes, it is very much possible for the candidate to get admission at IIT Mandi with the rank between 600 and 650. IIT JAM is the accepting exam for MSc admission. The cutoff ranks for different courses closed at a range of 498 and 814. At rank of 600 and 650, candidate can get admission to Integrated + Ph.D. in Physics, which has the last-round closing rank of 814.

For MTech, candidates need to visit the official website of GATE to register online. The application fee for male students is INR 1,700, and INR 850 for female students.

Eligible candidates who are applying directly to the official website of IIT Mandi, can pay the application fee for IIT Mandi MTech admission is INR 200 (General/EWS/OBC/OBC (NCL)/Transgender/Foreign Nationals). The application fee for Women/SC/ST/PD is INR 100.

A choice between IGDTUW for CSE and IIT Mandi for Mechanical would involve your priority lists: whether it is the reputation/ranking that you are after or not. Generally speaking, IIT Mandi enjoys a higher ranking and reputation nation-wide than does IGDTUW. IITs enjoy a good reputation throughout the country when it comes to the quality of education and research.

2. Department Strength: The CSE department of IGDTUW is good concerning faculties, and the industry linkages are also good. IIT Mandi has a great Mechanical Engineering branch with excellent research facilities.
