Ropar Campus and Greater Mohali campus are both part of the Rayat Bahra Group but function as seperate institutions. So a direct migration between the two is not as simple as an internal transfer within the same university. For B.Com LLB specifically since its a law program BCI rules also come into play which makes the migration process even more specific. It is possible at Rayat Bahra University. After completing D. Pharmacy from a PCI approved institute with minimum 50% marks, you can directly join B. Pharn  from 3rd semester but not from 5th semester. That way you would make it 3 year program instead of 4 year program.

Total fee without hostel differs for each course and specialization. The general fee ranges from INR 60,000 to INR 1.85 lakhs per year. Yes there is an entrance test called RBUSET wherein students can easily get up to 100% of scholarship.
