Yes, you could get into this institute based on 60 percentile, if you belong to the SC HS quota. 

The RGIT Mumbai MHT CET cutoff 2025 for the SC HS quota varied between 9.43 and 82.39 for various BE course specialisations. Students can refer to the table below to know which courses they can take with a percentile of 60.

RGIT Mumbai MHT CET cutoff 2025 for the OBC HS category was released in the form of percentiles for admission to various BE course specialisations. 

For the OBC HS category, the overall cutoff varied between 76.92 and 94.72. According to the last round, the most sought-after specialisation was Computer Engineering, with the cutoff being 92.98

For the General AI category, the overall cutoff ranged from 86.67 to 95.74. According to the last round, the most and least popular BE Branches were  Computer Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, respectively.
