The University of Mumbai is one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in India. The University is one of a kind, with 56 departments, 12 specialised centers, 781 affiliated colleges, two main campuses, two sub-campuses, two model colleges, and the "School of Engineering and Applied Sciences" at Kalyan as the University's own Engineering College. In general, when you take admission to any degree or any certification course, every university provides a degree at the end of any course by itself. If you have any doubts, you can go to Mumbai University and verify it by itself because there is no data available on the website.

IIM Banglore is expected to conduct the CAT 2022 this year. After the declaration of CAT results, candidates can get to know their overall CAT 2022 percentile . Those who are able to manage 90 to 100 percentile, can hope to receive a call from the IIM or from the premier B-schools of India to pursue an MBA . As you said that you failed in 1sub in 12th class it will affect you in the top colleges admission and gap year will also affect your admission process but if you scored good in CAT you can get admission for MBA.

I think there is little bit problem for you. If you score 95+ then there may be a chance.
MHCET LAW 2021, Cut-off by score of second round was 97. So if cut off goes down then there will be a chance.
Admissions to LLB course in Rizvi Law College Mumbai are done based on the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHCET).
Candidates must possess a graduation in any one Bachelors degree and must secured a prescribed mark in that degree.
MHCET LAW 2021, Cut-off by score:
1st round : 104
2nd round : 97
