MIT Bengaluru is an off campus of MAHE, Manipal. The campus started functioning in the year 2021 and is spread across 80 acres.

Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), an Institution of Eminence Deemed to be University, is a self-financing higher educational institution that started its operations in 1953 by establishing the first self-financing medical college as Public Private collaboration model. A multidisciplinary dual degree programme (IDDDP) in management is also available through SJMSOM. A division of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay, is the public business school.
