Hello Suresh, the first two of the three colleges that you are mentioning are government colleges and they do not offer any quota for NRI or under management. I will be giving a link for the complete process of admission for dwarkadas sanghvi engineering College of Mumbai. No, the PG Diploma is not available in this college as checked from their website.
