Both are DU's colleges. But SGGSCC is better than Khalsa College in terms of faculty and crowd.

To be very honest, the score is quite low but if you are good at your communication skills and are confident enough in your GD-PI and have somewhat consistent marks throughout your academics, you will get in. Also a work experience would help (if more than a year of it).
