MBA/PGDM programme admission process for applicants in H.K. Institute of Management Studies and Research (HKIMSR) is as follows:

1. Eligibility: Candidates must complete a degree at the undergraduate level for eligibility. General categories require a minimum score of 50 percent marks in aggregate in the Bachelor degree course. Reserved categories are required to score a minimum of 45 percent marks.

2. Entrance Examination: All aspirants must possess a valid score in any of the entrance exams mentioned below: MAH-CET, CMAT, CAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA, and JMET.

3. Procedure of Entry:

   1. Applications by Post:
Collect the application form from the office of the institute with a cash payment of ?1,500. Fill it up and return it to the office of the institute together with two copies of each document required. 
   2.Online Application:
Download the application form for online application process from the institute's web portal Fill out the complete forms online for application submission. Produce hard copy of this application and attach to it copies of all the relevant documents that support it, along with demand draft of? 1,500/- drawn on any bank payable at Mumbai in favor of 'H.K. Institute of Management Studies & Research' with postal address. The physical copy must reach the Institute Office.

4. Selection Process: H.K. Institute of Management Studies and Research will grant admissions through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) as per requirements of the respective Competent Authority—to be a part of the CAP as per need.

5. Document submission: Send Academic Transcript; Entrance Exam Scorecard; Identity proof any; Passport-sized photographs 2 or as asked from the institute.

6. Admission Confirmation: After selection, the fees should be paid according to the guidelines for admission procedures to secure the seat.
