Despite the existence of scholarships in MET Institute of Mass Media, the school give no claim to offer a 100% scholarship for the PGP MCMM programme. Scholarships are most always merit-based and/or need based, combined with distinctive information on amount of scholarships and other qualifications that may change each year. For a more specific and up to date information regarding scholarships for any given program it is always recommended to visit the institute’s website.

The population equally considers MET Institute of Mass Media to be relatively expensive as compared to other institutions. The fee for the PG Diploma in Mass Communication & Media Management (PGP MCMM) is around Rs 1,25,000 per annum and possibly slightly more for a few specializations offered. The cost might be different for individual course and additional charges for materials or any activity. But, the students should consider it against available job vacancies in the mass media field when making the investment.

No, TISS is the name of University i.e., Tata Institute of Social Sciences. The exam conducted for the admission to the postgraduate programmes is called TISSNET. EPGDODC is a 14-months programme which is equivalent to the MBA programme at TISS.
