No, there is no direct admission to Fr Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering.
The college admission in B.E./B.Tech courses is by merit and through the entrance of either JEE Main and MHT CET. Admissions are centralised under some guidelines.
While there are some management quota seats, those also are mostly filled through a legitimate process and mostly require a good rank in the entrance exams.

No, MHT CET or JEE Mains is needed for B.E. / B.Tech in Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering. Direct admission is not possible here. Appear for MHT CET (preferred in Maharashtra) or JEE Mains (all-India) and then counseling process for seat allotment on the basis of merit by MHT CET.
