No it's not easy. Admission in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology Mumbai for M.Tech is based on your score in JEE GATE or other entrance exam. The cutoff is really high in CSE every year. Scholarships and some quotas are available.

If you are joining RGIT instrumentation department then some faculty members are really awesome. They all will help you in all the subjects. They can teach you same topic if you have difficulties 1000 times. They are very friendly.
Some of the professors are strict and few of them are not as good but overall you will say you learned a lot at the end of course.

The institute has a good placement record and collaborates with reputable companies like L&T Infotech, Cognizant, HCL Technologies, and more. It falls slightly below the 100% placement mark.
Sometimes the rate is around 98% and sometimes it falls to 70%. So, basically if you will work hard and you are eligible enough for sitting in placement interview you can secure a seat (it's totally on your hard work).
