IBS Mumbai has well-educated faculty. Most of the faculty are PhD and Masters degree holders. The institute also invites faculty for guest lectures and offers an opportunity to students to interact with some of the best personalities.

ICFAI Business School, Mumbai has a good placements record. It is approved by UGC. In 2023 placements, the placement rate achieved was 98%. The highest domestic and international package offered was INR 18.80 LPA and INR 11.13 LPA, respectively. Further, the average package offered stood at INR 8.17 LPA. SP Jain cutoff 2025 was released for admission to the PGDM courses based on the students' performance in the CAT entrance examination.

 As per the SP Jain CAT cutoff 2025 for the General AI category, students needed to get a percentile of at least 85 (both overall and sectional) to be eligible to go to the next rounds of the admission process, which involves either WAT, GD or PI.
