Yes, you can get admission at NM Institute of Engineering and Technology without JEE Main for BTech programme. But candidates must appear for the Odisha JEE exam. After appearing for the entrance exam, you'll need to participate in the Department of Technical Education (DTE) counselling for admission to the B.E./B.Tech programs at NMIET.  To be eligible, you must have passed the Class 12 level from a Science stream. 

IIT Bhubaneswar CSE cutoff 2025 was released for different categories, on the basis of candidates' performance in the JEE Main exam. For candidates belonging to the General AI category, the cutoff rank to get CSE was 4162 in the last round. For the OBC AI category candidates, the closing rank for CSE in the last round was closed at 1510. For the SC AI and ST AI categories, the cutoffs for the same were 747 and 265, respectively. For the EWS category candidates, the cutoff for CSE was closed at 538. 

Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) admission 2025 is entrance-based for the majority of the programmes. Candidates need to appear for an entrance test conducted by BPUT authorities. The qualified candidates are invited for a Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD and PI) round. Candidates can register online through the official website of BPUT University Orissa.

The university has not released the placement report for the year 2023.
