In order to apply for BTech course at Institute of Technical Education and Research the candidate need to complete Class12 with 50% aggregate.
Candidate shall pass Class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks (50% in case of candidate belongs to SC / ST / OBC category) and must have obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidate belongs to SC / ST / OBC category) in Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry / Computer Science / Electronics / Information Technology / Biology / Informatics Practices / Biotechnology / Technical Vocation

BTech Lateral Entry in Engineering are also offered for candidates who have passed Chemistry / Computer Science / Information Technology /Biotechnology / Biology / Informatics / Statistics.
